David Post is the founder of Northeast Realty Group LLC with 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and a primary focus of corporate tenant representation. During his career he has been involved in over $1 Billion of real estate transactions in office and industrial properties. He is a skilled negotiator and has spearheaded numerous office headquarters and new build-to-suit facility transactions representing end users as their advocate. 

David has devoted his entire real estate career to helping users of space only as a tenant representative in the New York Tri-State Region and nationally. His passion is working with his clients to develop strategies and find solutions that lower their occupancy costs while achieving business plan objectives and meeting their short-and long-term financial and operational needs. David’s extensive entrepreneurial background has given him special expertise in strategic planning, financial consulting and project management which have been instrumental in formulating creative and unique solutions that save money for his clients and their portfolios. He has successfully completed complex transaction negotiations with local and national landlords enabling his clients to achieve their goals and maximize their benefits.

Prior to launching Northeast Realty Group in 1998, David was a Director at Julien J. Studley Inc. During a ten year tenure at Studley, he was responsible for sale and leasing transactions in excess of 2 million square feet for significant clients such as Aetna Insurance, Weil Gotshal & Manges, Borland International, Walt Disney and Credit Suisse.

David has received several industry acknowledgment awards such as the largest office deals in 2002 & 2003 by Mack Cali and Costar Power Broker. He is a member of many local business organizations and is a licensed broker in six states including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, North Carolina and Virginia.
